How do I prepare my files for a custom acrylic standee? +
We require high-resolution (300 DPI) CMYK files in PSD, AI, or transparent PNG format. Ensure you include a separate layer for the cutting path and the white ink mask. Visit our Art Guide for full visual templates.
What is the typical production time for custom orders? +
Standard production takes 7-10 business days. During peak seasons or convention cycles, this can extend to 15 days.
Can I change my shipping address after an order is placed? +
You can change your address within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the status moves to In Production, we are unable to redirect the package as labels are pre-generated. Contact support immediately for urgent changes.
Do you offer holographic finishes for all products? +
